Your Baggy Eyes and You

You lead a busy life.  Who doesn’t?  Between working, running errands, managing finances and raising a family, stress is almost impossible to avoid, and we’re not getting any younger.  It seems that we go to bed in our twenties, and wake up well in our forties, with wrinkles on our skin and bags under our eyes.  Wait, how did those get there?  I don’t remember having those.

With every year we celebrate, our skin needs more attention to stay young, supple, and spring back like it did when we were younger, but when can we find the time to pamper our skin?  How about before bedtime?  Right after you brush your teeth, wash and pamper your skin.

Hormones, water retention, those pesky allergies, and lack of sleep can cause the bags under our eyes to droop, sag, and become discolored.  You can also inherit baggy eyes from your family line.  They are inevitable, but you can fight them.

You can use a cold compress to help reduce the bags, and cucumber slices actually work, too. But nothing is a good substitute for getting plenty of rest and eating plenty of iron-rich foods and foods with beta-carotene.  SkinMedica TNS Eye Repair works to tighten the skin around the eye, reducing puffiness, and sagging.  It is the perfect way to spoil your skin before bed.

There are things you can do in the meantime.  If it is caused by allergies, talk to your doctor about allergy medications.  Make sure you get at least six to eight hours of sleep night; this is not only good for your skin, but concentration and energy levels, too.  Learn to manage everyday stress by trying not to worry about whether you’re able to get everything done in a day.  There may not be enough hours in one day, there is always tomorrow, and pamper your eyes by using TNS Eye Repair.
