Nicole, Practice Manager
Nicole joined the Ooh La La Team in early 2012. She holds an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Southwestern Illinois College, and has over 8 years of experience in patient care.
Nicole is vital to the practice and assists Dr. Jacobs with all Aesthetic procedures. She has extensive knowledge about Botox, Dermal Fillers, SkinMedica Medical Skin Care, Colorescience, Coolsculpting, Laser Treatments, and all other services at Ooh La La. She has also attended Coolsculpting University for advanced training, and has been a Master Coolsculpting Certified Specialist for over 4 years.

Morgan, Physician Assistant
Morgan is board certified Physician Assistant. She was born and raised in Pennsylvania and went to Kings College where she received her Bachelors of Medical Studies and her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies as a part of their accelerated PA program.
She started out her career as a PAÂ in an urgent care but has always been passionate about skincare and skin health. Having struggled with acne and skin conditions her whole life, she feels like she can relate and give back to them the same way her providers helped her.Â
She knew she wanted to be in aesthetics one day and was over the moon when she found the opportunity at Ooh La La! She moved here and now lives in Missouri with her boyfriend and their orange cat Louie. In her free time she loves to paint and draw and is really enjoying to be getting outside and exploring St. Louis!

Suzanne, Front Desk Receptionist
Suzanne joined us in May 2024 as a Front Desk Receptionist.
She has over 22 years of experience as a licensed Cosmetologist in both Illinois and Florida.
Suzanne also graduated from Hickey College with a degree in Graphic Design.
She's excited to be at Ooh La La to grow both personally and professionally in the field of Aesthetics.
In her spare time she enjoys hiking, photography and the arts.

Chloe, Front Desk Receptionist
Chloe joined us in April 2026 as a Front Desk Receptionist.
Before coming to Ooh La La, she worked as a receptionist at a hair salon for four years. During that time, she also worked as an assistant and apprentice, which led me to earning her cosmetology license.
Her favorite part about working at Ooh La La is the positive atmosphere and the amazing people. Everyone on the team has been incredibly supportive, and every patient she's had the pleasure of meeting has been kind and patient.
When she's not at work, she enjoys doing hair, spending time outdoors and exploring nature with her daughters, and trying new recipes in the kitchen. She's grateful to be part of the team and looks forward to continuing to grow here while getting to know more of our wonderful patients!
