5 Steps for Skin That Gets You Noticed

If you want to have youthful and soft skin, there are some things you can do on a daily basis.
Here are 5 things you need to do for your skin every day:

1. Cleansing

Cleansing should definitely be a part of your regular, daily routine. Make sure to cleanse your skin at least twice per day, once in the morning and once in the evening in order to open up the pores and allow your skin to breathe.

2. Hydration

Water is the most important ingredient for healthy and smooth skin. Drinking at least 2 liters of water will do your skin well. You should avoid sugary drinks, alcohol and coffee as much as possible, as they tend to dry out the skin.

3. Rest

Stress is one of the biggest enemies of not just our skin, but also our overall health. Make sure you don’t get overworked or stressed, as this can negatively affect your skin. Treat yourself to a nice relaxing bath, get a massage, or simply take a nap and your skin will thank you for it.

4. Less Sun

The sun is important for our skin, as our bodies convert sunlight into vitamin D. It is important to remember that you need to stay protected from harmful UV rays. Use a good sunscreen, like Colorescience SunForgettable, when you go out and limit your exposure to sunlight.

5. Exercise

Exercise increases blood flow in the body and gives your skin a healthy glow. Try and work out at least every other day and you will see the benefits in your skin.
